2. We publish poems, short stories, reviews of poetry and fiction, and articles about poetry, music and philosophy. Copyright remains with the authors.
3. We publish poetry of all types. No particular style is favoured. Originality is the watchword. Short stories should be between 500 and 5,000 words in length. Longer stories may be considered for separate booklet publication.
4. Send no more than half a dozen poems at a timethe ones you think best suited to the magazineor one story. It may be of interest if you send a short biography of yourself and your work, however acceptance does not depend on your having a long list of credits. New writers are always welcome.
5. Manuscripts should be typed, single-spaced in the case of poetry, on one side of the paper only, preferably A4 size. Prose should be double-spaced. Dot-matrix print-out is only acceptable if clearly legiblelikewise with photocopies. Never send your only copy. Every manuscript should have the authors name and address on it. Prose manuscripts should include the word-length of the article or story. Alternatively, manuscripts can be submitted on 3½" floppy disk or CD, without the accompanying hard copy.
6. All submissions must be accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope. We are unable to reply to writers who do not send return postage. Submissions from abroad should be in the form of a disposable manuscript, or a disk, with a small envelope for a reply and an International Reply Coupon (IRC).
7. We welcome unsolicited submissions, however no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to manuscripts. Artwork is also required. Please send photo-copies in the first instance.
8. Poets receive a free copy of the issue in which their work appears. Authors of stories and articles will receive a free subscription as well.
